OpenWorkBench Installation Guide

Note :

The installer for OpenWorkBench can be downloaded from http://www.openworkbench.org/
Click Download and choose the appropriate packages according to your Operating System.(User registration is required in order to download the package)

Java Runtime Environment is required for OpenWorkBench and it can be downloaded from http://www.java.com/ Click Free Java Download and choose the appropriate package.

OpenWorkBench Installation Guide for Linux Operating System

  1. Install wine using synaptic manager (Ubuntu).

  2. Place the OpenWorkBench and Java Runtime Environment installers in your home directory.

    ie : /home/mydirectory/.wine/drive_c/program files

  3. Run the setups and follow the instructions.

  4. Open the Wine File from Accessories/Applications (Ubuntu)

  5. Click the c:/ tab and access OpenWorkBench folder in program files.

  6. Click the npWBench.exe in bin folder to run the application.
