Filesystem can be remount-ed using the following command:
1) Remounting Filesystem with Read and Write if the root filesystem mounted on /dev/sda1
sudo mount -o remount,rw /dev/sda
2) Remounting Filesystem with Read Only if the root filesystem mounted on /dev/sda1
sudo mount -o remount,ro /dev/sda1

Install wine using synaptic manager (Ubuntu).
Place the OpenWorkBench and Java Runtime Environment installers in your home directory.
ie : /home/mydirectory/.wine/drive_c/program files
Run the setups and follow the instructions.
Open the Wine File from Accessories/Applications (Ubuntu)
Click the c:/ tab and access OpenWorkBench folder in program files.
Click the npWBench.exe in bin folder to run the application.
